CQC Site Visit

Our team will inspect your service using the key lines of inquiry in the CQC assessment framework for healthcare services. Any concerns or areas for improvement will be identified. All evidence against the KLOEs will be gathered and assessed.

We will collect the views of your patients, their family, and carers, by speaking with them individually or in groups.

A site visit helps us to see how your Service operates and to speak to Service Users face to face so we can get a good feel for areas that could be improved based on our own experiences.
